Last Blogger On The Net

by Mohit Arora on February 5, 2008

Okay, so it’s 2008 and I’m starting a blog now. I really am the last blogger on the net.

This is actually my third attempt at one. I started one almost 2 years ago, but didn’t really know what I was doing or how to go about it. Then, I tried again last year, but I was being picky and didn’t know what to write about. I thought I’d have to write a new article every single day about some in-depth topic like those pro-bloggers out there, but that’s a far stretch with my schedule, so I scrapped the idea.

This time, I decided to sit down and just study a couple of blogs I like and consider the time and involvement I need to dedicate to it. I like the idea of it – I just don’t know much about the world of blogging.

Well, kind of. I started my first website in ’96 and have been writing online ever since, but that’s before the word “blogging” was coined and now it seems to be an entire beast of its own.

I don’t know if I’ll be able to post every single day, but I will do my best to update as often as possible. And not all my posts will be full text; sometimes I’m just going to post songs, videos or whatever I feel like sharing.

I’ll write however it comes to me. Sometimes it’s gonna be more casual and my posts will be rushed and filled with errors and slang. Othertimes, it’s gonna be more nerdy and my posts will be all proper with perfect grammar, punctuation and structure.

Like I said, I’ll just write however it comes to me.

Hopefully, third time’s a charm.
