Tourist Video Of Wu-Tang Before They Came Out

This is crazy!

Check out this old school video I found of German music executive, Gerhard Augustin, taking home footage while on a trip to New York in 1992.

While walking around the streets, he just so happens to run into Prince Rakeem (RZA) and other members of Wu-Tang, 8 days before their debut single “Protect Ya Neck” released on RCA Records.

They speak for a while and even discuss possible ventures in Germany; which if I’m not mistaken, they ended up executing.

Check it out below:

MC Hammer - Too Tight album cover (Death Row Records)

I wasn’t going to post anything today, but I’ve got to share this with you guys.

My bwoy Perry from Good Friday Ent just sent me the unreleased album MC Hammer did with Death Row, titled “2Tight”.

I never thought I’d hear this. The album has a bunch of features too; including Kurupt, Luniz, Spice 1 and… 2pac!

Check out the track with Pac and download the album below.

I wonder what would’ve happened had this been released.

Old School Video: Ashley Banks Sampling With Herbie Hancock

Wow! This is some serious throwback sh*t. I wonder if I watched this when it originally aired.

Check out this crazy clip of Herbie Hancock sampling the voice of kiddie Tatyana Ali on Sesame Street back in the day.

Old School Video: Whodini - Freaks Come Out

Whoooooooa. I did not expect to find this video on YouTube.

Here’s a throwback video for you - Whodini’s “Freaks Come Out”. Crazy.

My favourite part about this video - the little kid dancing in it is Jermaine Dupri!

Go JD!!
